He is the co-producer of the National Fiery Foods & Barbecue Show held annually in Albuquerque, New Mexico and is publisher of the popular Fiery Foods & Barbecue SuperSite. His TV appearances include the "Today Show," "Mythbusters," "Extreme Conventions," "Food Tech," "Bobby Flay," and many shows on the Food Network.
